The hairstyle was successful, but I was a little disappointed because the hairdresser was not warm, rather distant. She didn't introduce herself and didn't ask my name either. I felt like a number, she was looking at the time while she was drying my hair. Maybe I was too used to my old hairdresser who asked me lots of questions, was in a good mood, etc. Maybe people aren't looking to chat, but it was awkward to just see the other person and be the only one trying to initiate conversation.
Still so welcoming and warm after so many years! Smiling and professional people.
