(November 5, 2018, 10:38 pm)I was lucky enough to have a private class from Daniel on a calm evening. Having a yoga teacher training myself it was great to have a class with someone who worked at proper movement and not just sequencing a bunch of poses. Highly recommend.

Daniel is one of the best instructors in the eastern townships. I went in feeling tired and achy and left rejuvenated! This is the best gift you can give yourself!
