(November 21, 2018, 12:36 am)A very beautiful place and an inspiring community. The teachers are competent and attentive to everyone's needs. Also an ideal place to study/work and drink a good tea in good company! We try once, then we go back for sure 😊

(November 5, 2018, 10:38 pm)I was lucky enough to have a private class from Daniel on a calm evening. Having a yoga teacher training myself it was great to have a class with someone who worked at proper movement and not just sequencing a bunch of poses. Highly recommend.
(November 2, 2018, 1:01 am)This is a beautiful studio obviously created with a great deal of love and passion. One instantly feels the calm and beauty. Daniel is one of the best instructors in the eastern townships. I went in feeling tired and achy and left rejuvenated! This is the best gift you can give yourself!
