I was surprised that they recognized that the part I had to change was under warranty and that they took care of everything. I only had to pay the shipping costs. I had ordered the same part from another hardware store a few minutes earlier and it was going to cost me a lot of $$$ more to have a week of waiting. I'm glad I went to see them.
