We came by today to buy bikes for the whole family. Great selection of bikes, great prices and great service. The owners are an absolutely friendly couple. I had visited several bike shops before and no shop had met my needs as they were able to do. They took the time to make us try out the different models of bikes and helmets so that we came out of the store satisfied. The owner even gave us a course 101 in bicycle mechanics in addition to helping us attach the bicycles in the box of the truck. What more could you ask for, impeccable service. Thanks again.

My wife and I bike internationally and it is rare when you come across a company that is so good at customer service that they stand out as one of the best and need to be recognized. We were on vacation with ebikes in Canada and had an accident, damaging the derailleur hanger. Both mechanics (Paul and Gino) were busy with other projects but dropped everything to help us. They did not have the part but Paul took the old hanger off, put it in a vice, and straightened it to get us home. You can't train this kind of service into people, they just have it naturally.
