Rock Berard

Today, I dared to step out of my comfort zone. I accepted one of Rock Bérard's great offers, a free 30-minute session for "coaching" which ultimately lasted almost 1 hour. I come out of this meeting growing and with a lot of content and concreteness to carry out my projects. It's a first meeting with Rock, but certainly not the last. I want to thank Rock for these wonderful tips that will be more than useful to me. I recommend Rock to everyone.

Rock Bérard is an outstanding popularizer with energy to spare. He always gives good advice, he has a certain expertise in the world of human resources and he always knows how to illustrate his remarks using statistics, concrete examples or easy-to-remember formulas to achieve the targeted objectives. I met Rock during my university career, he is the most passionate and dedicated teacher I have had the chance to know, always ready to help his students and do more. Each time he was in class, he offered excellent examples that allow us to better understand the management of Human Resources. In addition, he made students understand the importance of HR in a company. For example, the importance of emphasizing a healthy work environment. It gave me the desire to continue in this field and to be able to make a difference in my turn. He is always there for his former students if we have questions about HR, management in general and much more, which I find great about him. I knew Rock at the beginning of my university career. First course of the Bac, Introduction to HRM. He came home with boundless energy and spoke to us about our future role as HRM manager as being the most beautiful thing in the world. I had the chance to meet him twice during my university career. Always this ardor and this passion for his field. Even today, he keeps in touch with his former students with the aim of continuing to develop and improve us.
