Areas of my back that have hurt for years are now less tense and the trigger points are no longer there or minimal. In addition, the myofascial release has helped with mind-body connection and significantly improved my range of movement in many areas. Each massage is dedicated to your body's needs. Mélanie is very attentive, her manipulations are precise and really do a lot of good where I needed it most. The advice provided at the end of the session and the recommended exercises were relevant and easy to integrate into my daily life.
The place is welcoming, clean and comfortable (room temperature and impeccable background music). I highly recommend!
