(June 25, 2020, 7:38 pm)In the middle of a heat wave (30C+ several days in a row), my wall unit decides to stop working (due to a bug during a power outage) and we quickly went to do some tests, re- set up the unit and make sure it is working properly. As good as the sales and installation service is, so is the after-sales service when needed. Thank you so much!!!
