I arrived at El jibiji with the intention of analyzing the social system supporting the popularity of such an establishment. When I arrived, I was overcome by a rush of heat and humidity reminiscent of a summer day or simply the fate of our planet if we do not act. Throughout the evening, several events determined that this was indeed a five-star establishment. The hostesses received me very well. They made me feel like I had been living there for some time. There is also the mausoleum in the basement which succeeded in bringing me out of my atheism in order to join a new religion. The guests were, for the most part, distinguished, and constituted what youth has best to offer: a taste for life. In short, I had a great stay at El Jibiji, I would give six stars if it were possible. I recommend anyone who receives an invitation to go.
An indescribable experience!
A warm and welcoming atmosphere, I recommend to epicureans of all age groups from all over the world! The food is excellent and the sommelier will be able to suggest a smokey bay that goes perfectly with your meal. Fans of the great Canadian monarchy will be delighted to see that the owners proudly display a portrait of the Queen, a practice unfortunately in decline in Quebec.

A warm atmosphere! It feels like in the arms of our grandmother at Christmas when it's cold and it smells of gingerbread. Memorable scents, memories that tinge the soul, in the end I cried.
