I used their service to insulate a concrete basement with urethane. They put in more than less, friendly team. The owner's customer service is second to none. I recommend.

We did a self-build and I put my girlfriend on the project of finding an insulation company. Unfortunately there were other companies who spoke to my girlfriend as if she knew nothing (condescending and impatient). On the other hand, at Laperle he was super nice and patient (as well as a very good price). In addition, on the day of the R60 installation, they ran out of a few bags. Other companies might have stretched what was in the attic so they wouldn't have to come back, but they came back the next day to do a quality job. Thank you Philippe!
