I consulted Estelle, a specialist educator, following my three-year-old son's behavior and sleep concerns. She was referred to me by Audrey, after sending her an sos, message of despair, who understood the urgency. She contacted me in 2 days, and came to my home 2 days later. She organized herself to put me first because I was exhausted and no longer able to manage my son in the right way. She was adorable, very sweet, caring, without any judgment, took the time to analyze all three of us (dad, mom and our son). Gave us concrete advice, tips, an action plan to follow, ideas for tools to integrate into our routine. In short, it's been a week since we applied everything and we finally see the light at the end of the tunnel little by little.
