I would rate this company a zero if it was possible, but 1 star is the lowest score.
We are a 3PL company who did multiple shipments for EKIP. All shipments were agreed to in advance and performed professionally and without any issues.
The company ceased to communicate with us once their invoices came due. Since that time they have remained in operation, however will not respond to any enquiries with regards to payments. The president of the company - Scott Sinclair will not approve the payments for the services rendered, and will not provide an explanation for the non-payment. HE would rather ignore all emails and voicemails.
