(May 7, 2019, 12:13 pm)Sport autonome, pas de coach, sport de groupes projetés l'écran. Douche payante. Sympa pour petits budgets. Pb: même les personnes présentes ne sont pas qualifiées si vous avez des douleurs, crampes etc. Attention à ne pas vous blesser alors.
(April 30, 2019, 10:52 pm)One of the best places to train in town, it is very known for its competitive price on the market, i went there for a quick free session to try it, i wasn’t disappointed, good and well maintained equipment, very clean too.
The only drawbacks are just that i find it a little small but that’s just my personal opinion, the toilets are inside the changing rooms and the heaviest dumbbells were 75 pounds. Other than that everything was great. There is even food and beverages for athletes to add that extra protein intake.
