Claude had a LOT of difficulties inserting his hearing aid on one side ... the audiopr. who took care of his problem was of "angel patience" to give him tips to help him solve his difficulty ... And now, this morning Claude, VERY HAPPY because he succeeded EASILY and QUICKLY inserting prostheses in each of the ears. Claude Content-content! (and me too!)
