A few years ago I was surprised by sudden and very painful back pain, after a diagnosis of spinal stenosis, I was particularly worried about the rest, I was in continuous pain. After researching the internet I found the movement clinic and I enrolled in private pilates classes to practice at home afterwards, I followed this rhythm for almost a year because of a meeting at month and then two months, I enjoyed the difference after only a few weeks and it literally saved my life. I eventually practice yoga, a great good too and I have always continued pilates exercises. In summary I got to know my body better, respect it, prevent seizures, take self from me and my back. Now I also complete the care with acupuncture and osteopathy as needed. Thank you Isabellle !!
