I like to read reviews before subscribing to any service. The number of negative reviews for this company is one thing in itself, but what bothers me the most is seeing NJ Albert's responses. They always seem to have excuses and not take responsibility. They easily blame the supplier and their responses are generally complacent. I don't work in marketing, but in my opinion customer service, customer approach and attitude towards customers make a company stand out from the rest. Even if it is wrong that the customer is always right, it is not necessary to let him know in this way. With that, I give you 3 stars (your average), simply because it would be dishonest of me to give you only one when I have not tried your services. Maybe working on your company image would help improve your average. This message is not meant to be a complaint but simply a constructive message from a citizen.

We are happy with the internet connection. It is faster than that of our old supplier. NJ Albert staff are courteous and professional
