(September 11, 2016, 12:09 am)Mr. Gagnon took the time to explain to me what he was doing on my laptop. He also helped me download and install software so he could remotely repair. It's so nice, not having to unplug everything and lose our computer for a few days (like what happened to me when I brought my computer to the store)
