There are so many materials in this museum! Impressive!
Very interesting to see the period pieces and the horse carriages. The Cursed Boisson exhibit was short but full of interesting details.
Museum adapted for people with reduced mobility. The price is very affordable for a family. A lot of fun, but the negative point would be that for young children the objects (certain objects are accessible) in the museum can be more dangerous!
A nice little stop for us on our way to New Brunswick, mostly in French but really it didn't matter. If you like to see how life was lived in the past, this is a stop for you.
3 floors museum building. Dedicating 1 floor or basement to agriculture, fishing and hunting with an exhibition of preserved species of the Canadian fauna. There is also an exhibition-collection of carriages. On the second floor the tradition and history of the agriculture festivals and the top third floor an exhibition of old local radio station, local families traditional artefacts, as well as local producers and entrepreneurs. It is worth a visit to get an idea of how is composed the local farms and producers.
