La Camarine

Really enjoyed our stay at Auberge La Camarine in Beaupre Quebec. Just 4 kilometers to Mont Sainte Anne ski resort where there are over 70 trails for you to enjoy.

La Camarine is a little dated but well maintained and clean with spacious rooms and in some cases a fireplace for you to cuddle up next to after a chilly day on the slopes.

Restaurant L'Experience is on site serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is excellent and prices reasonable.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free wifi provided as well.

The only drawbacks are parking can be a bit tight and there are no elevators. Getting up and down stairs with luggage and ski gear for a family of 4 (two little ones under the age of 8) was a little challenging at times but manageable. The room I stayed in didn't have a coffee machine, mini fridge or microwave although there was a microwave in the lobby you could use. A kitchenette would have been ideal but with the restaurant on site it makes sense not have kitchenettes in the rooms.

I would definitely stay here again all things considered. Great views, staff, location to the mountain and price make it a great place to stay.

Breakfast food is amazing diner style. Rooms are great for the price. Lighting in the bathroom was a bit low but whatever. Staff is friendly, I'll stay here again!

Nice location with great views of the river. Rooms are a good size, although a little dated they are clean. Our shower faucet was broken and so the shower was extremely "invigorating". Parking is on gravel which is okay for cars but not as ideal for motorcycles. The restaurant is fantastic and we had a great breakfast. Overall, a nice place.

Stayed for one night in the summer. Rooms were dated but clean. Most rooms appeared to have access to a balcony or patio door. The attached restaurant offered good breakfast for a reasonable price. Good place for a quick one or two nights.
