Big thanks to Vig for such an amazing service and professionalism. Before working on my vehicle we discussed the best options and what needs to be done, he explained all steps before starting detailing. Vig returned original vivid shine to my vehicle and did it with great care and attention to small details. It's always a pleasure to meet a professional who is passionate about his work and who is competent at what he is doing. The place itself is super neat and tidy, minimalistic and urbanistically stylish; located in convenient location near highway not far from Downtown core.

Got the basic interior and exterior and car looks great! Can even book appointments online and they even suggest the best time to get the car cleaned (was going to get it cleaned a week earlier but they suggested I do it next week coz there was a snow storm coming in).

I had a good damaged surface due to impact with a concrete block. The wedge was recessed and I pulled it out myself and tried to fix it to the best of my knowledge. Although all of the color was still there, all of the paint was cracked. I was discouraged because everywhere I went I was given estimates around $ 700 to repair the breakage. We tried to wax it and make it go away but I knew the repair was inevitable. And then, as if by chance, I went to Esthétique Otoplus Detailing because I had heard about this place. In two steps, the repair was almost miraculous. The breakage was considerable and was repaired almost entirely. I won't need to repaint. I am a very proud person and I like that my car is clean and in good condition. If I need in the future, I will stop looking and go there directly. Thanks for the great service and efficiency!
