The two gentlemen at the front desk were so kind and helpful, the one man that was there we made the reservation with and checked in with was great getting us set up with ski lift tickets and settled in finding the best room for our needs. The other gentlemen that was there in the mornings was kind and helpful asking if everything was ok with our car trouble we were having and being very nice. The room was awesome with the little kitchenette, sink, microwave, stove top, fridge, kettle, coffee maker. Breakfast in the morning was really good lots of options and the woman doing the breakfast every morning was nice. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Also for a fee it is dog friendly which is a huge bonus!

Situated in the heart of Saint Anne de Beau prés is comfy and somewhat quiet with a 90 kph throughway out front. 1st of 3 floors under renos. Needs updating so they are on the right track!

Hello 1992! Fab retro decor as I like to say. Nice clean hotel overlooking the St Lawrence river and green it a convenient highway location. Price was very good and only a shirt drive from Central Quebec City. Downsides we're odd smell in the room once the heater had turned on (we were cold from getting caught in the rain during an evening walk around the town) and super runny waffle batter just didn't turn out well in the waffle maker downstairs. Otherwise staff were friendly and we'd likely stay there again if in the area.

We enjoyed our time at "Quality". Nice Breakfast. English speaking Staff.
Well maintained unit. Kitchen has all needed utensils if you want to cook. Very close to St Anne Basilica
