Seriously I do not understand the opinions of other users. We had questions for Mr. Robichaud for our certificate of location. My spouse left a message and a few minutes later he had his call back. Also very honest man because we wondered if we had to redo our certificate of location for the sale of our house. Our house being young. I asked myself the question because to have myself work in surveying (when I was younger) I did not see why we should redo our certificate. So to be sure my spouse contacted Mr. Robichaud to ask him the question. He told us that it was really not necessary. Because it is Mr. Robichaud who had made the certificate of location of our house at the start. If this man would not have been honest he would have told us to remake a new one. So I recommend it without hesitation.
