Like almost all pharmacies under this banner, cleanliness, courtesy and professionalism are required with an impressive selection of grocery and pharmacology items.

I don't know how they are organized. I just moved in the area. I have come to pick up my online orders (medicines) three times. One, there was a line ordering queue. From 2, it took a good 15 min to get served. I have never waited so long for such orders. A cashier who served orders at the counter first. I find that weird because the purpose of online orders is precisely not to have to wait all this time! In all the Jean Coutu that I have been, I have never seen this!

Maybe you should reconsider your priorities.

High attendance;

I don't think the staff are doing their jobs badly, but obviously they seem to constantly lack people or organization (I don't know how it works exactly) which is reflected in mistakes, increased wait times and sometimes employee mood.

I don't blame them, but it seems to be holding for years now I have the impression.

Staff helpful. But phone system hangs up on you.
