Nice national park, not too far from Montreal (especially if you live on the south shore). Good place to relax and enjoy water activities on the lake, like kayak or pedalo.
One of the nicer campgrounds/day use parks I have been to in Quebec. Decent beach, a few hiking trails. I will definitely be back!
Very nice place for the whole family to enjoy. There are spots for camping and parking is easy as well if you get there early obviously. The water is more clean and well maintained than other places.
Furthermore, this is a national park, what isn't there anything else needed to have fun?
The service there is also great. The employees are professional and trustworthy and always willing to help.
In overall this national park deserves it's five star rating. Highly enjoyable for the whole family.
Beautiful park, clean beaches, even public grills! Went with a bunch of friends, so this is a collective rating. One star missing because toilets could be more regularly cleaned and restocked with toilet paper, and they smell pretty badly. It makes the experience hard to enjoy knowing you'll have to use those facilities at some point during a full day. Glad now dogs are allowed too.
Amazing first camping experience. If you are a first timer - no worries - they got you covered with their ‘ready to camp’ camping home! Activities that require renting equipments are affordable if split in two; otherwise you might just want to bring your own or choose wisely which activity you do! Bring your bike and enjoy their kilometers of bicycle paths.
