Very good service and great team

We had to change all of our windows in Montreal. It was by chance that we stopped at PVCO in Granby. We had already had a few submissions made in Montreal but were not convinced. We were greeted by Michel, one of the co-owners. He is responsible for sales. We immediately appreciated his advice and authenticity, we quickly felt confident. I see a huge advantage in doing business with owners vs. representatives. The permit application with the city was complicated, Michel had to make and redo his submissions and he was always very supportive and very understanding. It is clear that Michel and his brother (the other co-owner who will come to install the windows) are proud people, who want their customers to be satisfied and who wish to offer the best possible service. So for now, A1 service for sales and advice. I will complete my opinion when the windows are installed!
