Outstanding service at the time of sale by Mr. Leblanc and by Ms. Bélanger (coordinator) for after-sales service. There was a breakage this year and it was repaired quickly.
Special mention also to the technician Christopher for his courtesy, his expertise ,,, and his teaching.

We dropped by and ordered new railings for a second floor deck on our house, along with new railings for the back steps off our first floor porch. The entire experience - from the sales interaction to the price, quality of materials and installation - was beyond our expectation. Delivery and installation were 2 weeks ahead of schedule and the installer was extremely professional & efficient. We would recommend Williams Aluminum to anyone!
