Amazing customer service. They did not have the boots I wanted in stock but suggested another size that might fit. Unfortunately they did not but Tacti-Code was quick to send out the correct size once they received them in stock. They set up everything needed to return the wrong sized pair.
Communication was very quick and they were very polite. Will definitely shop here again.

Great store with good variety of kit. Owner was easily reachable by phone and handles issues and inquiries himself and gives recommendations backed by his own military experience. He clearly shows that he cares for his store and customers.

For a Canadian, this is the one of if not the best online tactical gear store. Especially for the average infantrymen, almost everything you need is in this store. Delivery was very speedy even during Covid. Customer service is amazing as well.
