(March 23, 2021, 11:59 am)I knew Ms. Gauthier De Varennes a few years ago, having taken part in a clicker training course. I saw him again a few weeks ago. My dog started to growl repeatedly and bit a family member. Ms. De Varennes quickly responded to our consultation request. She is attentive, highly competent and an educator. She quickly identified the problem and proposed a protocol for intervention. Our family members have applied it to the letter. Changes occurred quickly in the behavior of our dog. What a relief. I highly recommend Ms. Gauthier De Varennes.
