La cache à Maxime by C Hôtels

Check in was very poor.. we arrived on saturday, 19 January 2019. Prior to our arrival we called several times giving updates to our location and to reassure the room was ready as we had to get ready for a wedding. We were told that the room was not to be ready until 1500 and we asked for earlier due to us travelling and had to get ready for a wedding for 1500. Long story short, the room was not ready early afternoon and we had to miss the wedding at church was we had to get ready and be at church for 1500. If our room was ready before, it would of been great as we would of had time to check in, shower (as we traveled 6 hours to get there) and go to wedding.

Everything was 10/10!! Will definitely come back for sure!

The hotel experience was quite positive. A daily replacement of the coffee pucks would be nice, and a kettle for tea would also be welcome improvement. The restauarant however could not have been more rude. I made a reservation and when I showed up at the reservation time I was scolded to think they could seat me when they had a large party arrive late and they still hadn’t taken their orders. I got an earful of everything that was troubling the shockingly rude woman at the front desk, and told there was no way they could seat me. So I went away and I will never return to that restaurant, Ever!

Very nice place. Beautiful view . Nice rooms and facilities .
The only downside is that the bar and restaurant closes very early at 8pm, no room services you must collect your food. Take away menu doesn't have as much options as when you sit to eat in the restaurant.
