After my first winter using my slab on grade radiant system I found it to work flawlessly even on the coldest days. My experience with HCW has be Top Rate right from the start. The staff are attentive & prompt in their communications via email or telephone. In short I Love both the system and the company itself. I bought one of their pool heat pumps through their Trevi distributor. Very powerful machine, silent and pretty. Their service is very fast even if we are not their direct customer, he will call us back even for small questions and concerns. Now I understand condensation better. I also buy a radiant floor set for my construction of their other divides and I am thrilled. Hcw heated floor I believe and not HCW system.
