  5 stars for the impeccable service especially at breakfast. Our waitresses were superb and there was lots of choices at the buffet breakfast which was delicious.
  One star for our room because it was clean. Room was too used and dated and had an odour. Bathrrom faucet was so old it was hard to figure out how to use it.
  I know the hotel is renovating but they should not be charging that much money for that room. Very disappointed with Marriott. I feel ripped off.

  The building was under renovations, so future rooms may be better, however, my current room was outdated. It had a shower and a bath which was nice, but we had to request a mini fridge as there was none in the room. There didn't seem to be any problem with receiving a mini fridge. The hotel is well located with many grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities close by. There is no pool and continental breakfast was not included. The room was clean and the staff at the hotel were friendly. Plenty of parking spots available.

  Good stay.. nice spacious rooms. Being an old property it sometimes has a weird hospital like smell on the main floors. Renovations are planned soon so hopefully it will be better in future.
  
  Enjoyed my stay, well connected to nice restaurants and pubs and fast food options at walking distance.!!

  Nice and huge property of Delta hotel by Marriott. Quite and old hotel and will look good if renovated. Only hotel from Marriott in Sherbrooke city. Breakfast is chargeable. Landscape and views from the hotel are great. Lots of stores around and 1 min walkable distance from hotel to places like pizza hut and Thai express and even pizza pizza which is open late in the night until 1 am.
