The service received from our doctor, pediatrician and nurse is always excellent, with a smile (you can feel it over the phone) with all the information we need. Certainly the line is sometimes difficult to get (sometimes you have to try up to 3x after waiting 10 minutes) while other times it can be 5 minutes. Our doctor's receptionist is also very nice and I often see her a bit like an octopus that has to be everywhere at once.

P.S. in terms of the lines constantly engaged, that's how it is in all the GMFs that we can meet. That of my parents as well as that of my spouse is not much better.

My doctor works there, and I am completely satisfied with the service. Yes I understand the dissatisfaction of people, but since the covid, it is EVERYWHERE more busy .... you have to be persevering and patient ....

Telephone lines are hard to come by. Again this morning, still not open at 9:00 am when they are supposed to open at 8:30 am.

Aside from the unfriendly phone system, excellent service!
