(February 9, 2024, 4:47 pm)Very incompetent as they don't get back to you if they require additional documents. We submitted a claim online, were told to wait 4-6weeks. Called back after that time and they indicated they didn't have the paperwork. Why they wouldn't reach out, I have no idea. Sent in the paperwork again to the email address they provided. AGain waited a few weeks. Called again and told once again they didn't have it.

(October 7, 2018, 4:26 am)My dad became sick suddenly and global excel took care of everything few months after. Lots of paperwork needs to be done in order to get your money back. Would I deal with them again? Definitely will do. It’s so rare I would 5* any business on google.
