(April 3, 2019, 8:03 am)I've been going to the Choi de Bruxelles ever since I was a teenager. The food, the service, the ambiance are always great! Bonus, you can bring your own wine! You have to reserve in advance though, it his always full (but separated in a way that it's not too noisy). You have to try it! One of the best restaurant in the Eastern townships at a decent price. We have been going there for years and it is always a great classy cuisine experience. From the entree to the dessert, it is just perfect. Bonus: you bring your own wine.

(September 4, 2018, 2:35 am)Friendly waiters, we had to wait a while before we were seated even though we had reservations. We had the lamb rack and braised beef, both of which were fantastic (particularly the lamb), along with the beans and carrots. I was disappointed with the potato gratin they served with both dishes, as it was clearly reheated and utterly dry. The desserts were not bad.
