We bought our first Richelieu model home from Entreprises Lachance in 2005 and really liked the quality of our home design. In 2020, we bought our own land and we chose the company again to build us a custom house according to our needs. From the conception of the plans, through the construction to the finish, we have been well guided and advised. As with any big project, glitches happened, but everyone was in solution mode for our benefit. The professionalism of the whole team was greatly appreciated and our house is beautiful. Thanks to the whole team!

We had our first semi-detached house built with Lachance companies in 2013 Eight years later we made the decision to do it again with Lachance, because we were very happy with the service and the quality of the materials. In two weeks we will receive our first single-family house and to date we are very satisfied with the result, one thing that we really liked is a small inconvenience which was directly resolved for Mr. Patrick Lachance who is a very human person. and professional, if I would build a third house, I would probably do it again with Lachance companies.
