Excellent service! They took the time to explain the operation of my water equipment so that I could take care of their maintenance independently. The service is simply impeccable! I had rather ordinary experiences with two other local water treatment companies before going to F. Lapointe & Fils so let's say it's good to have finally found a company with a competent team! I had a real training on the operation of the equipment installed at home and the technician even took care to fix all the piping to the wall to prevent it from moving when the pump starts. Seriously, do not waste your time going elsewhere.
