Very professional service and lots of choice for bedding and food.

I called for information and was told someone would call me back soon. Soon after, someone did call me back and took the time. And although in the end there was not what I needed, the person remained patient and smiling.

Staff is soooo friendly and helpful, it shows that they love their job. Always find what I'm looking for (and more!)

I liked shopping here until my experience with the person at the cash today. I purchased a sweater for my puppy and it cost 33.00. In the past I have purchased her winter coat amid bones and leashes etc. At the cash I asked for a treat which they have always given me before and was bluntly told, we are poor in treats. I only have two or three small pieces for the dogs who have their toenails clipped. This is a pet store ! I am sure they are not poor in treats! 33.00 for a sweater costs more than a toenail clipping. I was insulted and found the girl very rude. She can keep her treats and I will go to the pet store down the BLVD. Le Jardin Des Animaux I will also contact her manager.
