I bought this unit from an un named dealer in the GTA area and when I had paid to pick it up it arrived with many pieces missing and the box with some specialty parts was obviously opened and stored outside during the winter.
Eric from Bertrand Inc, the manufacturer of the boat lift has helped me 3 times to rectify the the ineptness of this un named dealer. The 4500 pound lift is heavy duty and has a long step included to reach the dock.
