We used Climatisation JPB because our furnace died during one of the coldest days of the winter 2022. Jean Philippe responded to our calls immediately, was courteous and helpful and immediately came out to see what the problem was. although he made suggestions for replacement parts which would have worked, we went with the option of complete furnace and AC replacement given the age of the existing equipment. He managed to get us both a new furnace (with large distribution network in Quebec ), and AC, made an appointment to install. Installation day he was there promptly at the hour he had indicated, did an amazing job; left the place clean and provided us with tons of information about out new system SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES. HE WAS A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. -
