Excellent, fast and quality service. I have been buying with them for several years for my business. For the first time ever, I had a defective product, a little photo and email exchange, and as usual, they gave me excellent, fast service. They are replacing my defective cartridge. THANK YOU

Very satisfied with the service. I received my cartridges quickly but one of them didn't work. I asked to make a return and was quickly told that I was going to receive a new one. When I replied that I would prefer a refund, I was told very quickly that I was going to be refunded. It happened very quickly. I have ordered several cartridges since then and everything has worked fine. Conclusion: very good service.
