The customer service experience was fantasic right from the beginning conversations from Ontario to the purchase experience in Quebec. They have so many amazing cars and are extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
(May 31, 2017, 11:36 pm)I've read some of these reviews and I have to disagree, my experience was positive. I'm from Vancouver, BC and I purchased the car over the internet. I flew out to see the car before making full payment and the car was exactly how it was described. I felt that negotiations with Raymond were straight forward and candid, no BS and straight to the point. A month after the car arrived in BC Raymond found a spare set of keys for my car and mailed them to me. If the right car pops up on the Hot Antique website I will be doing business there again in the future.
