I didn't have any appointments but when I showed up at their office I got a very warm welcome. The receptionist had a lovely smile and the lady I met, Manon, was very pleasant. She was able to answer all my questions without ever feeling that she was judging me or that she found that I was too insecure. She took all the time that was necessary for me to feel good and lighter when I left the office. I strongly suggest that you go meet them for your financial problems. There are some special cases that will cringe as she couldn't have helped them but don't be fooled by her comments. If you want to have a human, jovial, respectful service. Great service, smile when you arrive. The people I met were attentive, human and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions without showing impatience.
