Carpe DIEM Yoga Chaud

A superb yoga studio that is welcoming and not intimidating, even if you are a beginner! The teachers adapt to yogi students by offering variations of postures when necessary. The lighting in the yoga room is dim, which is super relaxing. Everything is well organized and not complicated, from the changing rooms to the online registration. I quickly got hooked for hot yoga at Carpe DIEM! :)

Excellent place with excellent trainers

My boyfriend and I took a class with Marco. We have been trying several of the studios on the south shore to try to find our "home" studio. We really enjoyed his class. The studio itself is very calm and clean, as you expect of a hot yoga studio. The staff all seem very friendly. They offer complimentary tea. And many workshops are available if you're looking for something a little different from a standard class. I definitely recommend Carpe Diem and am looking forward to going back..

Very nice establishment with Curtious staff and wonderful teachers highly recommended for anyone.
