We did business with crack elite in August 2021. We are satisfied.
We had good service, the owner is professional, courteous.

One Friday evening I discovered a major crack in my new home. Not knowing anything about it, I requested an online quote from the first company that appeared in my research which happens to be the Elite Fissure company. I received a call very quickly from the owner of the company whose name I unfortunately forget. On the phone, I quickly felt taken care of. The circumstances made it possible that he was able to come the same day to my home within a time slot that he respected. Very sympathetically, he introduced himself and immediately assessed the situation. He advised me in all transparency because in the end, my situation was not so serious as it finally seemed. I also knew that geographically, I was very far from their head office but it never made me feel as if I had moved it for nothing. He made me understand that he was quite happy for me and my wife that we did not have a serious problem. I greatly appreciated the service I received and that is why I take the time to write a positive review to demonstrate my satisfaction with this company that I recommend.
