Very good experience, qualified, competent technician, took the time to clean the computer, explained to me what he was doing and fixed everything in 1 hour. No prolonged work interruptions thanks to Fabrice, which is greatly appreciated. I recommend!

Computer repaired the same day. HP Pavillion 15 from 2014, with a new faster SSD.
The technician came to recover the computer, replaced the hard drive and came to reinstall the computer for us. No data loss.

This was my first time connecting with Fabrice and definitely will not be my last when/if my laptop decides to act up again. His exceptional service and approach were evident in his follow-up on the same day; taking the time to both show and explain things to me; and obviously solving the problem I was experiencing.
