I found the lady at the counter very pleasant The room was just what I expected to pay for.
Fairly good price fairly good room.
Reasonably close enough to Montreal, but far enough to not worry about congestion. It's nice to look at too. And then across the street is a 24 hour ..... You guessedguessed it ... Timmies

I like to say this a lot: you get what you pay for. It was true at this place too. This was the cheapest option i was able to find closest to the city. This was my first time staying in a Motel. Having said that, this place had okay bathroom (really good water pressure), rooms were little muggy and the bed smelled a bit. I had a working TV (dont wana give all negative points). The place was tried to be well maintained by its standards. Again, this was my first time staying in a motel as i usually stay in Marriott hotels.
