Great inventory for professionals and hobbyists. Seriously knowledgeable staff. Decent shipping rates if you can’t make it to the store.

Updated - Issue got escalated to management and I was NOT double charged in the end.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I went to propolis to buy a queen. I had a terrible experience in that when I arrived I had to wait around for 90 minutes as the person who had taken my reservation had not noted that I would be coming by and they had shipped the queens to another facility.

I paid in cash for the queen.
6 weeks later Propolis called me to pay again for the queen. I contested and as I didn't have a bill from the transaction at the store, I am forced to pay a second time.

I cannot believe that a company like this expects to stay in business. I will never buy anything from them ever again and will advise anyone to be very wary of dealing with them.

This place is awesome! Staff is super friendly! I was very well treated.
