The salesperson was nice and fairly helpful. I bought a used vehicle - with a trade-in for my car. The cost of the transaction seemed to arbitrarily go up every minute I spoke with them. What really did it for me was the empty gas tank. I just bought a multi-thousand dollar vehicle from them and they left me with an empty gas tank. Totally empty - like warning light empty.
