(June 17, 2018, 3:52 pm)My car didn't start on a Friday at 16:00,needed a car for the week end to go to work, called Dominic at Enterprise, he came to pick me up at my home and made me a good price on one of the vehicule available, was very polite and comprehensive, I strongly recommend this "Enterprise" rent a car company in Ste-Julie.
Probleme de voiture personelle un vendredi soir vers les 16:00, il me fallait une voiture pour aller au travail tout le week end, j ai appeler Dominic et il est venu me chercher a la maison tout de suite et il m a fait un tres bon "special" sur un vehicule, qui normalement m aurait couter beaucoup plus cher, bravo a Dominic et a son equipe et un gros merci de m avoir depanner.
(July 14, 2017, 12:55 pm)J'ai fait une réservation en ligne pour une camionnette pour un voyage de pêche avec les enfants et lors de la prise de possession du véhicule il n'était plus disponible. Ce qui est déplorable c'est que je n'ai reçu aucun appel pour m'en aviser. Le personnel sur place à ce moment était une remplaçante, qui m'a par contre bien dépanné avec un autre véhicule (plus petit par contre) et semblait désolée de la situation.
(June 5, 2017, 7:39 pm)Par téléphone, par 2X nous nous sommes fait dire qu'on allait nous rappeler, mais le rappel ne s'est jamais fait. Une impression de service brouillon. Vous êtes mieux de réserver par Internet. Sinon, la location se passe tel que prévue et comme on les aime: sans mauvaises surprises.
