Excellent service and maintenance advice

Martin advised us very well. The team did a quick and flawless job. In addition, they really took the time to explain everything to us before leaving. We are really satisfied with the result!

Despite some negative reviews - I just received outstanding service this morning when my system turned off in the middle of the night. Faced with the urgency of my situation, the technician came an hour after my call, showed me the broken part and explained the repair to me. This is the second time in 6 years that I have contacted them for a breakdown and I can only praise their professionalism, their speed and their kindness.

Unfortunately my above accolades has changed to a negative! I tried to reach Martin I believe in June ‘18. I left two messages with the reception. Then asked a friend to leave his cell number to the receptionist as I would be away for 2 weeks. None of these messages were answered! I rang in August and spoke again to another person. I was assured I would hear from him in 3 days. No answer. I found this shocking. Ares not only put in an air exchanger but also changed my oil tank. All tolled it was a considerable amount money. I payed promptly without problems.
