Laurence is amazing. She very knowledgeable and able to explains it very well. It was a pleasure working with her.

I was a patient of Laurence's after a pretty serious ankle sprain, and I went from limping around and feeling stiff to playing sports again 6 weeks later. Laurence was always on time, friendly, and each visit adjusted the prescribed excercises based on my progress (drawing them out on a sheet really helps!). At the end of my treatment my ankle was the back to normal, if not stronger than before my injury!

Overall one of the best physiotherapists I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

I came to see Laurence after a knee injury playing rugby. I had developed some swelling and lost significant range of motion. Prior to getting a MRI done, she was able to get me back to almost 100% and my knee was feeling great. After we got the results of the MRI, we learned that my ACL was fully torn. I continued physio under her care pre-surgery. She gave me specific moves to strengthen the muscles around the knee to facilitate post surgery rehab which played a huge factor in how quickly I was able to recover following surgery. She pushed me to my limits during our sessions which was great because I wanted results fast. She was also extremely knowledgeable on any crazy idea I got her from the internet and always gave me her honest and valuable opinion. I always looked forward to taking a break from a busy work day to go for my physio sessions. Laurence, thank you so much for your help!!

I went to see Laurence initially for a knee sprain in 2016 and, more recently, a lower back injury earlier in 2018. On both occasions, she did a great job in properly assessing the source of the problem and took great care to help me recover from those injuries. She is extremely professional during her sessions and gives simple yet effective exercises to do at home. Listen to her advice and do the exercises and you will easily get back to training in no time.
